I can only see chapter One – everything else says "coming soon."


Congratulations, you are on your way! 45 minutes from now, you should see chapter Two open up. If you have Push Notifications enabled for The Carrier then you should see an alert when the time is right. Unfortunately, Push Notifications are often missed, so we strongly suggest adding your email address on the Settings tab so you get notification emails as well. Every time there is a new chapter to read, you'll get an email that tells you something else about the story.


I accidentally deleted The Carrier from my iPhone. Do I have to start all over again?


Yes, each time you delete and re-install The Carrier you are given a new, personalized timeline. Installing updates will not affect your timeline, however.


I deleted The Carrier before I finished the story, but I keep getting emails.


You can unsubscribe from any future emails by following the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of each email. Please drop us a line at thecarrier@stopwatchmedia.com and let us know why you weren't interested in finishing the story – we really want your feedback.


Can I use The Carrier with iPhone OS 2.x? With my iPod Touch?


Due to it's unique features, iPhone OS 3.0 or greater is required for The Carrier. Both iPhone and iPod Touch devices are fully supported.
